These terms and conditions apply to all the online payments made by you against your chilled water utility bills/security deposit.
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates acceptance of these terms.
We take data protection seriously. Our website secures your personal information using an SSL Certificate, which is a secure server that encrypts all your information, including credit and debit card details, your name and address. We convert everything into a code that is securely transmitted over the internet. We’ll only use your personal information to process this request.
We use a third-party payment gateway which is PCI compliant solution, to collect all payment details and process payments initiated through our website. When you submit this form and click Pay, we’ll redirect you to the Payment Provider’s secure server to enter your payment details. The transaction details will be forwarded to the card issuer for authentication. The issuer will then return an authorised or declined response to the Payment Provider and a payment response page will be displayed to you. If the transaction is successful, the Payment Provider will send you an email confirming the transaction details.
All payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Your payment will normally reach the account within 3 working days and it will reflect in your account.
- Liability is not accepted where payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. We are under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
- The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment and is not disclosed to a third party.
- We do not accept liability for any damages whatsoever and howsoever caused arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this or any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
- We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions with us.
